2024/2025 – OPEN FOR BOOKINGS – Gravel bike tours remove the background noise so one can fully focus on living in the moment. The secret of this type of tour is the connection with nature, the bicycle and the environment. Cazorla National Park in southern Spain is where we started gravel biking. It was selected as our first ‘gravel’ destination thanks to the enormity of the park and its rich biodiversity. Girona in northern Spain is also a mecca for cycling in general. Its extensive network of quiet gravel roads has also made it a fantastic gravel cycling destination!
So what do gravel bike tours look like?
The tour follows the same format as any of our road bike tours but on any given day some gravel will also be worked into the route. Our aim is to achieve at least 30-40% of gravel riding into each tour. Gravel bikes go well on both surface types and heading off road to explore the mountains and uncover hidden wonders is what it’s all about!
